Everything MyStore charges, and who pays it. There is nothing else.

Your subscription

One plan, two ways to pay for it. Everything is included at this price — unlimited products, sizes and colours, staff accounts, more than one shop.

What your customer pays

On an electronic payment — Waafi, eDahab, Premier Wallet — the customer is charged 2.5% as a transaction fee and 5% as tax, on top of your prices. Both are shown to them at checkout, as separate lines, before they choose how to pay.

You receive the full price of what you sold. If you list something at $50.00, you are paid $50.00 — so price your goods at what they are worth, not at what they are worth plus a fee.

Cash on delivery

Neither charge applies. The cash never passes through us, so there is nothing for us to charge on — your customer pays exactly what you listed.

Getting paid

Free. Every night at 23:59 we send what you have earned to your bank — money taken through Waafi goes to your Salaam account, eDahab to Dahabshiil, Premier Wallet to Premier Bank. We do not charge for the transfer.

Refunds

When you refund a customer, the money goes back the way it came. The transaction fee on the original payment is not returned — the payment provider has already taken their share of it — and since your customer paid that fee rather than you, a refund returns what you received.
