Short version: we collect what running a shop needs and nothing else, we do not sell it, and we do not track you across the internet.

If you run a shop

We hold your phone number, your shop’s details, your products, your orders, and the bank account you give us for settlement. We need all of it to run the shop and pay you.

If you buy from a shop

We hold your phone number and delivery address so the merchant can reach you and deliver. You do not need an account. Your phone number and address are encrypted where they are stored.

The merchant you bought from can see your order, your number and your address. Other merchants cannot.

Photos

When a merchant uploads a product photo we re-encode it, which removes the camera data inside the file — including any GPS coordinates. A photo taken at home does not publish where home is.

Who else sees anything

Payment providers see what they need to move the money. WhatsApp and the SMS network see the messages we send you. Nobody else, and we do not sell data to anyone.

Analytics

We count page views without cookies and without identifying you. That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Your data

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except records of completed sales, which we have to keep.
