Terms

Last updated 18 August 2026.

These terms are between you — the person or business running a shop — and MyStore.so. Opening a store means you accept them.

Your shop is yours

You decide what you sell, what you charge, and who you sell to. You are responsible for your products being legal, for describing them honestly, and for delivering what a customer paid for. We do not inspect goods and we are not a party to your sales.

What we do

We run the storefront, take mobile-money payments on your behalf, hold that money in your wallet, and pay it to your bank account. We keep a record of every movement and you can see all of it.

Money

We charge a monthly subscription and a fee on each electronic transaction. Both are on the fees page. Money you collect is yours; we hold it and pass it on. Each night we send what you have earned to the bank account you gave us for that payment method. If you have not set one up yet, the money stays in your wallet until you do.

Cash on delivery

Cash never passes through us. Your customer hands it to you, and you mark it collected. We take no fee on it.

When we can suspend a shop

We can take a shop down for selling something illegal, for fraud, or for repeatedly failing to deliver paid orders. We will tell you why. Money already in your wallet stays yours and is still settled to your bank.

Ending it

You can close your shop whenever you like. We will settle what is left in your wallet. Your order records stay available to you for as long as the law requires us to keep them.

Limits

We do our best to stay up, and we do not promise perfection. If a payment provider is down, orders still record and payment is retried. We are not responsible for a customer’s behaviour, a courier’s, or a bank’s.
